Job Description: Role Summary/Purpose... The Consumer Engagement - Digital Acquisition Marketing’ role will be responsible for the implementation of digital marketing strategies that drive aggressive new account growth for the reputed company credit card portfolio. Specifically, this role will take the reputed company in standing up a test-and-learn digital acquisition curriculum reputed company client digital channels. The successful candidate will reputed company the following essential responsibilities: • reputed company and execute or influence execution of digital acquisition strategy through partner channels including: • Purchase Path (Apply & Buy) • Deep digital marketing integration in the partners’ domain, native mobile app and CRM journey as well as display media, social and paid search experiences • SYF-deployed acquisition strategies, including retargeting opportunities, Marketplace strategies, etc • Implement A/B testing plans, segmentation and personalization strategies to drive lifts in response • reputed company reputed company necessary reviews/tollgates, while maintaining a key focus on reputed company major risk areas (Fair Lending, UDAAP) through careful adherence to policies, standards and legal reviews • Manage reputed company digital acquisition Workfront processes (e.g., project brief, workbook requirements, creative review, and LRB sign-offs) • Proactively identify and escalate issues - with a reputed company and will to uncover solutions • Monitor and measure performance of reputed company digital marketing campaign metrics versus plan • Support broader Consumer Engagement team on other marketing projects that span across the customer journey • Support efforts to create enterprise-wide digital acquisition best practices and share through centralized campaign strategies benefiting reputed company SYF clients • Provide support in digital acquisition forecasting and leadership presentation material creation • reputed company other duties and/or special projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or in lieu of degree, high school diploma/GED and 9+ years of Digital Marketing • 5+ years of experience in digital platform management and/or marketing with a combination of web, email, mobile experience, with the ability to create, manage and deliver against large, interdependent project plans. • Marketing management software - Workfront or other similar marketing management software will be considered • Analytics experience with competencies in analytic dashboards and tracking – includes tracking code implementation, as well as expertise in analyzing and interpreting data to uncover opportunity areas • Ability to travel as needed (~10%). Desired Characteristics: • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Technology • Prior or reputed company experience with Senior Leadership and/or Senior Management • Detail oriented with experience working in a fast paced environment. • Degree from an accredited university or college; preferably in Business, Marketing or Technology • Digital marketing experience to include: digital marketing integration in the areas of domain, native mobile app and CRM journey as well as as display media, social and /or paid search experience • Consumer/digital first mentality ? • Marketing experience preferably in cobrand credit card, digital, technology platform, direct marketing, credit card or financial services. ? • Experience influencing organizations and other professionals Grade/Level: 11 The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered reputed company the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, reputed company level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
