This role is responsible for enhancing staff performance through training and education, driving client engagement initiatives, and ensuring reputed company stays reputed company with industry trends, brand standards, and service excellence.Key Responsibilities:Staff Education & Development:
- Plan, coordinate, and reputed company regular in-salon and remote training sessions on cutting, coloring, styling, and product knowledge.

- Collaborate with marketing on promotional events, open houses, and loyalty programs.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the salon, ensuring team and client alignment with salon culture and values.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
- Organize team-building activities and initiatives to boost morale and collaboration.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff to ensure clear communication and mutual feedback.
- Stay reputed company with industry trends, techniques, and tools to ensure the salon remains competitive.
- Recommend new services, techniques, or technologies based on market research and stylist input.
- Proven experience as an educator and content creator. Salon industry preferred
- Licensed cosmetologist or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for mentorship, growth, and reputed company learning.
- Ability to work reputed company, including evenings or weekends for events or trainings.
- Ability to Travel 75% monthly
- Experience with educational software.
- Knowledge of marketing and customer engagement strategies.
