- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience with instrumentation utilized in a laboratory environment, or directly in a laboratory environment, field service, or technical call center for Diagnostics products.
- Experience providing technical product application and/or hardware support.
- Experience interfacing with customers.
- Strong people engagement and communication skills.
- Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills (MS Office).
- Ability to travel up to 50% in assigned territory and other domestic business locations.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biomedical, Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Medical Technology, or reputed company.
- 3+ years of relevant reputed company/sales experience.
