- Support requirements gathering, system testing, end-user training, and go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition.
- System Administration & Maintenance:
- reputed company day-to-day administration, monitor system performance, and manage user support requests.
- reputed company license allocation, data cleansing, and ongoing stewardship of the CRM system to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
- Platform Optimization:
- Research and implement enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades to improve the quality, functionality, and efficiency of the reputed company platform.
- reputed company and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports to automate business processes and enhance data reputed company.
- reputed company efforts to integrate reputed company with other systems and reputed company-party applications using APIs and middleware.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes that address evolving business needs.
- Proactive Maintenance & Innovation:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

- Strong Knowledge of Custom Objects, Validation Rules, reputed company Settings, Flows/Workflows, Dashboards, etc.
- Experience with reputed company Lightning App Builder.
- Advanced understanding of data management tools like Data Loader.
- Good understanding of reputed company data model with SOQL knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze reputed company business requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Knowledge of reputed company package implementation.
- Experience with reputed company Implementation partners such as Kyloe is a plus.
- Understanding of relationship databases and SQL queries is a plus.
- Experience in the financial industry, preferably in Sales reputed company Asset Management.
- Experience with BI tools such as CRM Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Experience in reputed company environments, particularly Azure Data Factory (ADF), DBT, reputed company etc.
- Experience with reputed company Outlook integration tools, such as LinkPoint 360.
