Summary
Responsible for inputting daily labor into the Corporate Time & Attendance Management System (CTAMS) such as hours worked, leave, maintenance and project reputed company and labor distribution and reputed company other information to be used in CTAMS. Performing clerical duties for the department.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may inlcude but are not limited to:
- Inputting data in reputed company with the Corporate Time & Attendance Management Systems (CTAMS) from labor distribution forms.
- Keeping electronic file of labor distribution forms using reputed company Acrobat
- Performing filing, typing and other clerical duties as assigned.
- Maintaining office files.
- Reviewing and inputting reports into various database systems.
- Running reports from various databases.
Qualifications
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent (GED or TASC) approved by a State's reputed company or recognized accredited organization.
- Must possess experience with data entry.
- Must possess working knowledge of reputed company Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook).
Preferred/Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of reputed company Access
- Working knowledge of reputed company Acrobat
- Experience using Payroll Distribution Systems (i.e. Kronos)
