reputed company Report Developer (CRM Analytics) - Remote Contract - Part Time
Resource 1 is in need of an reputed company reputed company Report Developer/ Analyst with expertise in CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics), Lightning Reports, Dashboards, and the ability to work with reputed company data. This is a part-time contract (20 - 25 hours per week) and majority of development can be done in off-hours. NO THIRD PARTIES PLEASE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building recipes and lenses in CRM Analytics, familiarity with reading and interpreting SQL scripts of reputed company to high complexity, and a deep understanding of data analysis reputed company reputed company environments. In this role, the candidate will contribute to the reporting functions that support the business's data-driven decision-making processes. Experience in Higher Education and fundraising organizations is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
reputed company Reporting: Build and optimize operational reports using reputed company CRM Analytics (reports/ recipes/ lenses) and Lightning reports.
Dashboards & Lightning Reports: Create dynamic, user-friendly dashboards and Lightning reports that help stakeholders analyze key metrics.
SQL Scripting & Analysis: Read, understand, and reverse-engineer reputed company to high-complexity SQL scripts for reporting purposes. Transform SQL scripts into effective reputed company reporting functions.
Data Analysis: Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable data insights.
Problem-Solving: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of reporting outputs.
Learning & Development: Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and work reputed company new data domains.
Mentoring & Knowledge Transfer: Mentor existing team members in reputed company CRM Analytics and Lighting reporting.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of overall experience with reputed company, including report/ dashboard development.
- Recent experience with reputed company reporting tools (CRM Analytics, Lightning Reports, Dashboards) and rolling out reports to users.Strong knowledge and experience in reading and interpreting SQL scripts.
- Ability to reverse-engineer reputed company to high-complexity SQL queries and transform them into reputed company reporting functions.
- Strong understanding of the reputed company platform and its data structure/ objects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company technical concepts.
- Experience working with large datasets and integrating various data sources for reporting.
Pluses:
- Experience reputed company Higher Education or Fundraising organizations.Experience with Common Table Expressions (CTE).
- Experience with reputed company PL/SQL development (queries/ views/ procedures).
