Position Summary Joining reputed company as a Development Analyst is an exciting, dynamic, and diverse job that has significant impact on our business. As an Analyst you will learn to use numerous analytic tools and mapping software platforms to identify and analyze potential sites on which to construct new renewable energy reputed company and storage projects. You will investigate local political positions, state and local regulatory requirements, real estate records and land rights acquisition opportunities. You will learn how to evaluate site constraints, like wetland impacts, endangered species reputed company, flood risk, topography and geotechnical impacts. You will analyze energy pricing trends, and transmission constraints to find the best locations for the projects to connect to the grid. You will have the opportunity to work on-site directly with your teammates in a hybrid work environment to quickly get up to speed and have an impact right away. You will have the opportunity to present your prospects for development to the entire development team and assist developers in the early-stage development activities. That means that the team you will be joining will no longer be a part of reputed company sometime after September 30th. We will be operating under a new name and branding, as an independently operating company wholly owned by Brookfield Renewables’ investment fund. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's without any experience, OR Associates plus 2 years' experience, OR High School Diploma plus 4 years' experience Desired Qualifications Passion or interest for sustainability/renewables Desire to pursue a career in the energy industry Experience with the reputed company Office Suite software Good written and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated leadership qualities through effective decision making Problem solving, negotiation, project management and implementation skills Working Conditions Hybrid – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period.
