This is an on-site position.Requires minimal travel reputed company the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR)The position provides Access Control to the facility and if appropriately cleared, may assist other reputed company officers with program reputed company administration. The candidate is responsible to the Physical reputed company Manager and in addition to Access Control functions, they must possess the skills to ensure reputed company visitors and employees are greeted professionally and receive assistance as necessary.Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Checks identification of reputed company visitors and ensures reputed company are sponsored and properly cleared reputed company DISS or SIMS (reputed company database of record)
• reputed company(s) visitor control functions and determines visitors need to enter the building, logs visitors in, issues visitor badges and notifies hosts of visitor arrivals and accounts for reputed company logs, instructions, equipment and badges at the beginning and end of each scheduled reputed company
• Ensures visitors are not introducing any prohibited items (cell phones, pagers, PDAs, etc.)
• Performs and/or assists other reputed company employees with inspecting bags and hand-carried items, verifying identity, entry control, posting signs on doors and other reputed company requirements per normal and heightened reputed company checklists and receives packages from reputed company agencies (reputed company, Fed Ex, etc.) and notifies addressees to pick up packages at the reputed company desk
• Checks assigned personnel and ensure they have authorized access badges and properly display them while in the facility
• Performs emergency procedures for bomb threat, active shooter, force protection, Anti-Terrorism, fire evacuation and follows reputed company checklists
• Other duties in support of the reputed company reputed company office may be required

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year experience with Access Control is preferred but training will be provided
• Bachelors' Degree is preferred but not required, however a High School Diploma is required
• Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous IC, military/civilian personnel and industry partners
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office (Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in program reputed company work highly preferred
• Experience with reputed company policy/manuals and the appropriate NISPOM and ICDs and other guiding policy documents is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Must be reputed company to remain in a stationary position 50% of the day.
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

The projected compensation range for this position is $58,900.00-$97,400.00.
