From day one, you'll be empowered and equipped to do the best work of your life.What you'll do...As a Data Scientist III on the Operations and Product team, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing advanced data science and AI solutions that drive business impact across multiple operations, product, and other DBI teams. You will contribute to enhancing the member and associate experience by leveraging data to solve reputed company business problems and improve operational efficiencies.This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Director of Data Science, and it requires working onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas; remote work is not an option.You'll sweep us off our feet if:

What you'll bring:

• Experience in building highly scalable Big Data solutions and ETL ecosystems.
• Proficiency with Hadoop, Spark, Cloud, Python/PySpark, Java, Streaming, Kafka, and backend technologies.
• Experience utilizing public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, reputed company Cloud) to deploy scalable ML solutions reputed company.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, reputed company) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn), underpinned by a solid grasp of MLOps practices, including design documentation, testing, and reputed company code management with Git.
