In this vital role you will be responsible for counseling reputed company’s Global reputed company Operations clients on a wide variety of legal and regulatory issues concerning promotion, sales, patient support programs, contracting, education and scientific exchange regarding biopharmaceutical products that are subject to reputed company and regulation by several entities of the U.S. Federal government.The primary responsibilities of this position will include:Advising and counseling on reputed company reputed company transactions on price concession strategies and risk mitigation with members of the reputed company community, with emphasis on the Anti-Kickback Statute and applicable antitrust lawsAnalyzing, reviewing and approving promotional, educational and support programs and materials and providing guidance on proposed sales and marketing strategiesDrafting and negotiating pricing agreements, supply agreements and/or value-based agreements with above mentioned entities to provide for strategic pricing of reputed company productsReviewing and counseling on government enforcement actions relating to the promotion of biopharmaceutical productsAdvising and providing on-going training key partners on legal, regulatory and policy developments to ensure that legal support is adapted to a rapidly changing environmentOverseeing pricing agreement interpretation and contract enforcement, advising and managing reputed company dispute resolutionSupporting reputed company compliance reputed company matters as they relate to implementation of pricing agreements and/or sales and marketing activitiesCoordinating legal support by contributing as a member of cross-functional team and interacting with business and law department colleagues on various mattersreputed company expect of youWe are reputed company different, yet we reputed company use our unique contributions to serve patients.
