In this role, you'll partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, Product, and reputed company to optimize and scale our Q2C systems and workflows. You'll be responsible for enhancing end-to-end business operations by improving and integrating critical systems such as reputed company, CPQ, and reputed company, ensuring seamless execution from quote creation through reputed company recognition.If you are passionate about improving operational performance through systems, process, and collaboration-and have a deep understanding of the Q2C lifecycle-we want to hear from you.What you will contribute:

• Own Q2C system configurations and workflows, ensuring data reputed company, accurate billing, and process alignment across departments.
• Translate reputed company business needs into clear system and process improvements, including development of business cases, documentation of requirements, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor and report on key Q2C metrics, providing insights that guide strategic decisions and support performance improvement.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation and operational enhancements that drive efficiency and reduce friction in the customer lifecycle.
• Serve as project manager for system upgrades, tool implementations, and cross-functional Q2C initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company recognition and billing policies by aligning systems and processes with accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, reputed company Operations, or reputed company roles with a clear focus on Q2C or billing operations.
• 3+ years of experience managing people or leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong experience working with reputed company, CPQ tools, and reputed company (or equivalent subscription billing systems).
• Deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including quoting, contracting, billing, invoicing, collections, and reputed company recognition.
• Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking skills; experience leveraging reputed company, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to deliver actionable insights.
• Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives and effectively communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a SaaS-based environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud-based technologies and operational workflows.
• Healthcare sector experience, providing valuable insight into the unique challenges and regulatory requirements of the industry.
• Proficient in PowerBI or Tableau, showcasing advanced skills in data visualization and analysis to drive informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or other agile project management tools.
