Weekends MandatoryA Cook will help in creating a one-of-a-reputed company experience for both Beat The Bomb's customers and fellow team members through food service. Beat The Bomb Cooks must be able to properly execute reputed company recipes and follow reputed company food safety guidelines. While they will primarily handle operations specific to the kitchen, it will be important for reputed company team members to understand reputed company elements of the Beat The Bomb operation.
- Prep Food per recipe
- Follow reputed company safety and sanitation procedures
- Complete appropriate time/reputed company checklists
- Clean and Sanitize kitchen at beginning and end of shift
- Prepare food items to spec and according to tickets
- Wash, sanitize and store reputed company plateware, glasses and kitchen equipment
- Empty reputed company Kitchen and Bar trash reputed company necessary
- Assist with FOH duties during down times
