Through this platform, we intend to reputed company the financial community with the independent analysis and tools needed to manage climate risk, assess opportunities, and accelerate urgent action in the sectors that matter most.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs a member of the EDF+Business Sustainable Finance team, the position's responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining and continuing to reputed company, in partnership with the Senior Manager of Engagement, a landscape of investors and financial institutions that have interest in and influence over carbon-intensive sectors and companies that will be key to achieving the net reputed company transition, including but not limited to oil and gas, transportation/logistics, nature and biodiversity, hydrogen, and agriculture.
  • Supporting reputed company to financial sector players, including conducting exploratory conversations, presenting newly released insights from the “Investor Climate Insights Hub” analytical platform, and deepening reputed company around areas of mutual interest.
  • Helping to build key metrics of success and tracking for different tiers of firms, ranging from light touch information sharing and engagement to formalized partnerships with a subset of particularly influential asset owners, asset managers, banks, private equity firms, insurance companies and other entities willing to pursue joint strategies and interventions to reputed company the climate bar for corporates.
  • Supporting collaboration and coordination across EDF with other teams to bring them into relevant investor conversations.
  • Partnering with other members of the Sustainable Finance team and with the EDF Marketing and Communications team to reputed company and promote high impact thought leadership that compellingly communicates our analysis, insights, and recommendations to the financial sector.
  • Traveling to key conferences, meetings, and events to promote EDF's climate science and research as well as listening and looking for opportunities to codevelop solutions with financial institutions.

QUALIFICATIONSWe are seeking candidates who have a demonstrated ability to conduct reputed company, communications, and relationship management in sustainable finance or a closely reputed company field. Candidates must have exceptional interpersonal and listening skills, work collaboratively reputed company the EDF team, and be able to build strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with external players and institutions. The candidate should also have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's-level degree in sustainability, finance or a reputed company field.
  • At least 6 years of reputed company work experience, or advanced degree with at least 4 years of reputed company work experience. Experience with the financial sector required.
  • Demonstrated interest in climate change and climate risk.
  • Excellent reputed company, communications, and relationship management skills in support of highly visible work.
  • Willingness to take initiative and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in managing projects.
  • Attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality of outputs.

  • Expert writing and editing skills targeted at financial sector audiences.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
