The ideal candidate has a strong background in instructional design and corporate learning, with experience crafting eLearning modules and interactive training tailored to the unique needs of a diverse, fast-paced workforce.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze training needs, identify learning objectives, and define reputed company instructional approaches.

- Proven expertise in creating eLearning modules, instructional videos, job aids, and interactive learning experiences.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, Captivate) and LMS systems.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
