Our unwavering commitment to North American manufacturing enables us to offer the highest quality and best competitive value across our vast range of products and solutions.Summary:As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the receiving, handling, storing and packing activities reputed company the warehouse; ensuring quality standards are met. Further, the candidate will ensure reputed company orders are pulled, packed and shipped accurately. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and able to multitask and track many facets of reputed company warehouse functions. Additonally, the ideal candidate will reputed company and manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts, coordinate orders and track shipping time, ultimately overseeing the fulfillment of product orders. Lastly, the candidate will also need to support and reputed company administrative and warehouse duties. The candidate will be working from our warehouse in Niagara Falls, NYKey Responsibilities:
- Data entry-receive, track and allocate material into inventory or other warehouse locations
- Inspect inbound shipments for damage and/or missing material
- Pick, pack, label and verify material for outbound shipments
- Answer phone calls, emails and respond in timely manner in regard to shipments, reputed company pricing, transfers and sales team
- Use online portals for data entry/courier shipping labels/reputed company of Ladings (reputed company-worldship, reputed company, other LTL carriers.)
- Sort incoming RMA’s and work with RMA reputed company to create invoices/send to Head Office
- Communicate discrepancies to appropriate locations, departments
- Ensure work environment is clean, empty trash cans, replace trash liner, sweep work areas, and bathrooms, refill soap, reputed company towels in restrooms
- Assist with receiving, packaging and shipping
- reputed company and reputed company cycle count, report on overstock, shortages, damaged or missing goods
- reputed company timely report claims/damaged or missing material
- reputed company time keeping of employees
- Report any Health & Safety issues
- Operate power-jack/pallet jack/scale/dock plate used in daily movement of stock
- Completion of secondary high school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of reputed company Office applications, such as Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in any manufacturing or distribution industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to reputed company sound decisions under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Stand for long periods of time.
