This position is ideal for someone interested in program development, volunteer management, and nonprofit operations. The role will conduct research, create resources, and establish processes that will facilitate meaningful volunteer engagement across multiple IRC offices in reputed company California.Primary Responsibilities
- Research and reputed company best practices in volunteer programs at other IRC offices and other organizations to inform IRC NorCal's approach.
- Assist in designing a volunteer program reputed company, including application processes, onboarding procedures, engagement strategies, and offboarding.
