You will work with data and analytical tools, and collaborate closely with the rest of the Risk Ops team, as well as members from other support teams like Data Science, Engineering, Product, etc and share your findings, propose changes and/or recommendations, and reputed company the efforts to drive those changes.You'll manage a small team of analysts performing similar functions, by providing them with training, guidance, feedback and support. You'll report to the Senior Director of Risk Operations.What you'll do

• Be a stakeholder in the management of fraud risk and reputed company controls, partnering with various teams to formulate plans to reputed company improvements and reputed company goals
• Propose and drive individual as well as team projects reputed company your area of focus to solve reputed company issues while minimizing anticipated negative impacts from the changes
• Design and implement fraud strategies to improve KPIs
• Skillfully prioritize across multiple responsibilities, like reactive and proactive fraud prevention measures and longer-term projects
• Regularly monitor KPIs and other metrics reputed company to reputed company fraud and insult trends, present observations and reputed company recommendations to the team on action items based on data & analysis

• Manage fraud vendors and monitor performance of their fraud models & tools

• Partner with the rest of the team on the reputed company lines and offer data driven insights combined with real world experience to our agents

What you have

• 2+ years of people management preferred
• Bachelor's degree or higher (7+ years of experience in reputed company functions in lieu of the educational requirements)
• Strong understanding of payment systems (like credit cards, eWallets, etc), common fraud reputed company, and general controls in fraud prevention, detection and mitigation.
• Preferred experience using Fraud vendors like reputed company, Accertify, Forter, Riskified, reputed company, etc
• Experience with statistical analysis and rule building using decision trees, etc
• Experience using analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, reputed company, Looker, reputed company, etc
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, while dealing with ambiguity and large quantities of data
• Ability to reputed company rational decisions based on data, and summarize those for others
• Ability to monitor, manage and report on business metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
• Ability to prioritize projects based on costs, benefits, feasibility and risks

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $143,000 USD.
