This role will report to the Head of Corporate Engineering.What you'll do:

• Engage with executive stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring strategic alignment and impactful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, understand workflows, and propose AI-driven improvements.
• Design, reputed company, and reputed company bespoke AI solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of internal teams, improving processes and decision-making capabilities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems and workflows.
• Gather feedback on AI solutions, refining them based on user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to help internal teams understand and adopt AI solutions.
• Stay up to date on the latest AI advancements and share relevant findings with the team to help inform solution design.
• Present findings, reputed company updates, and future proposals to internal stakeholders, from team members to executive leadership.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on AI/ML projects.
• Strong ability to engage and align with executive stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience. A graduate degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering roles focused on productivity or data-centric solutions.
• Robust programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and containerizing solutions with tools like reputed company and Kubernetes reputed company reputed company environments like AWS and Azure.
• Exceptional ability to tackle open-ended problems in reputed company environments, synthesizing reputed company data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of working effectively reputed company cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
