Growing together.Positions in this function are responsible for scheduling appointments, referring any billing questions to the billing department and transcribing any messages to the appropriate clinical care team. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of reputed company - 5pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. • Answers phone, takes messages and routes calls appropriately
• Schedule appointments as necessary, verifying correct visit type and primary care provider
• Work with back-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Resolve service issues and complaints, and defer to appropriate management or clinical personnel reputed company necessary
