These include SaaS, eCommerce, agency, and consulting service entities based in Canada and the United States.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reputed company American reputed company practices and experience managing financial operations for multiple subsidiaries. Prior remote experience with a reputed company American reputed company firm is strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Transaction Processing: Manage high volumes of financial transactions, including intercompany fund transfers and ad spend-reputed company payments using multiple payment methods.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process incoming and outgoing payments with accuracy and timeliness.Client Billing & Collections: Initiate and track payment requests from clients, particularly reputed company to advertising spend.reputed company Transfers & Credit Card Payments: Execute and monitor payments to ensure deadlines are met.Monthly Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date books across multiple entities.Payroll Processing: Administer payroll for employees in the Philippines and reputed company America.Invoice Management: Generate and reputed company invoices across reputed company business units.Payment reputed company: Monitor and ensure the timely completion of reputed company payment requests.Mailbox Management: reputed company multiple mailboxes, ensuring financial tasks across subsidiaries are handled reputed company.Compliance & Risk Management: Work reputed company reputed company industries (e.g., gambling, cannabis, psychedelics) to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate payment processing risks.Qualifications:Experience: 3–5 years of bookkeeping or reputed company experience. Prior remote work for a reputed company American reputed company firm is a strong asset.Education: Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field.
