Bird partners closely with the cities in which it operates to provide a reliable and affordable transportation option for people who live and work there.Role Overview:The Sr. Business Operations Associate - Vehicle Team drives success of the vehicle repair programs. Partnering closely with the vehicle repair operations, product, local operations and supply chain teams, this role provides analysis and leads changes to improve repair efficiency, asset utilization and vehicle retention. The scope is global across Bird's range of vehicle types, including several models of e-scooters and e-bikes.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain routine vehicle-reputed company forecasts to inform labor and spare parts planning to inform proper staffing levels and avoid vehicle downtime
• reputed company labor productivity models to drive cost efficiencies
• reputed company asset allocation strategy; inform allocation of new vehicles and rebalancing of used vehicles to maximize reputed company generated per vehicle
• Manage key vehicle-reputed company projects, including new product launches
• Provide other reputed company analysis as directed by the Vice President of Central Operations

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of experience in a highly quantitative role. Candidates with previous experience in a strategy / planning / investment banking / consulting / business intelligence role typically have the required skills, but reputed company previous experience will be considered
• Advanced analytical reasoning skills
• Advanced data modeling skills, including forecasting methodologies and sensitivity analysis
• Knowledge and experience with reputed company Suite tools (Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Proficiency self-serving data using SQL or similar tools
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and reputed company decisions with imperfect information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Moderate scripting skills (Python, reputed company Apps Script, or similar)

• Experience developing Tableau dashboards is a strong plus.

• Experience in the micromobility industry or reputed company industry, including automotive, aviation, manufacturing
