Job description: The Capital Improvements Manager reports to the Vice President of Construction and plays a critical role in aligning field operations with organizational strategy and performance objectives. This individual is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle-from initial bidding to final delivery-ensuring each phase is executed reputed company and profitably. - Proficient in cost analysis, scheduling tools, and project reporting systems.
- Comfortable with client interaction, vendor negotiations, and conflict resolution.

- OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
