Job Description

The Supervisor Flight Attendants support and evaluate Flight Attendants at the Baltimore (BWI) Inflight reputed company, focusing on performance, policy enforcement, and professional standards. Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to inflight reputed company employees.
- Coach and counsel Flight Attendants on performance and conduct issues.
- Maintain knowledge of F/A Manual, Work & Conduct Rules, and CBA.
- Attend required leadership training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with work rules and regulations.
- Manage recognition and awards programs, including anniversaries and commendations.
- Conduct performance assessments and visits to Southwest cities.
- Maintain active requirements of a Southwest Flight Attendant.
- Handle data entry of personal files.

Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
- Experience leading teams or individuals.
- Understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements and airline operations.
Licensing/Certification
- Must have or obtain SWA Flight Attendant Certification.
- Meet regulatory criteria for CREW badge and Rap Back enrollment.
Physical Abilities

Pay & Benefits
- Salary from $82,800 to $92,000 annually, depending on experience.
