SummaryWe are seeking an ambitious and collaborative Product Manager to join our dynamic team to support and drive the strategy and execution of our product roadmap. You will own key initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that meet the needs of our merchants, reputed company product success, and drive business growth. What you’ll be doing

Own, prioritize, and drive the product roadmap for key initiatives, aligning it with customer needs and company goals

reputed company product discovery by partnering with customers, Sales, reputed company, and Design to deeply understand user pain points and translate them into clear, actionable requirements

Define and own success metrics, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives that maximize product and customer impact

Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to deliver high-quality features on time and reputed company scope

Manage the product development lifecycle — from ideation and validation to launch, adoption, and iteration, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user insights. Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to identify product opportunities, drive reputed company improvement, reputed company informed decisions, and optimize the product experience.

reputed company A/B testing testing and other experiments to optimize product features and user experience; manage and prioritize product issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks with internal teams

Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities

We’ll be excited if you have

Bachelor’s degree

3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or e-commerce environment

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products

Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices but innovative with unconventional solutions

Broad knowledge of user research, data analysis, and product analytics tools

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (reading, writing, presenting) to various technical and non-technical audiences

Thrives in a fast-paced, team-centric startup environment

Must be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin 

Familiarity with the Hong reputed company e-commerce market and user landscape a plus

Experience with e-commerce platforms, online store builders, or reputed company technologies preferred

The role may be hybrid in one of our offices or remote. For remote, we are looking for candidates based in Malaysia.
