Position Summary The Manager, Business Consulting for Medicare Stars Member Experience will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives reputed company the Medicare Advantage program. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, IT developers, designers, writers, subject matter experts, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain digital solutions, including but not limited to website reputed company pages, videos, email/SMS, and AI chat bots.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with the reputed company industry, particularly Medicare Advantage or other reputed company insurance plans
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working on digital solutions
• Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable independently leading and completing tasks
• Exceptional project management skills, with ability to reputed company multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong background in managing reputed company, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery
• Prior experience in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders across the reputed company
• Experience with reputed company systems and solving challenging analytical problems

Preferred Qualifications
