eBilling Coordinator (Onit Matter Management) - Remote – BB529 BB529 $43 6+ Months Contingent Labor – ELM Support This position reports into Senior Director, Legal & Compliance Strategy and Practice Operations Location Code: Remote (East Coast, United States) What you will do Support day to day Legal Matter Management (ELM) and eBilling activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support timekeeper review and approval process in Onit.
- Support matter budget process reputed company Onit.
- reputed company first level invoice review, ensuring accuracy against reputed company Counsel Guidelines and ensuring required fields are populated.
- Open new matters, as needed, ensuring reputed company necessary details are captured
- Assist with generating reputed company reports

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent certification.
- 5+ years of work experience in a law firm or legal department.
- 2+ years of experience supporting eBilling and matter management, preferably using Onit.
- Proven reputed company operating in global, matrix environment.
- Must have ability to communicate reputed company reputed company clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to examine issues, reputed company appropriate reputed company and ensure reputed company actions.
- Experience with technology used in a Corporate legal department including but not limited to: Onit, PowerBI and/or Tableau, Power Automate, Sharepoint, Teams, CoPilot, Writer
