Under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, you will act as a liaison and reply to inquiries reputed company telephone and email regarding COBRA and billing eligibility for insurance plans, and general questions regarding policies and payments. You must possess excellent communication skills, be polite, professional, and respond in a courteous manner, at reputed company times. This is a temporary position, requesting a 6-month commitment, with the likely for hire! Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and reputed company outbound follow-reputed company as needed, updating phone status accordingly.
