Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to clients.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and reputed company.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications
