Chat Support Agent

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chat Support Representative to join reputed company. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle chat inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company chat and email
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve reputed company customer issues.
• Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism during reputed company interactions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or a reputed company field is preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is advantageous but not required.
