Pharmacy Technician - Service Team (Must reputed company in Utah)

We are only considering candidates that live in Utah at this time. reputed company available shifts are either 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday. Occasional Saturday shift may be required. Training will be Monday-Friday 8:30 AM -5:00 PM for up to three weeks. Our Service Team is the primary contact for our members and their reputed company providers. As the core of our business, Service Team members are valued and respected. We strive to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge to assist and deliver exceptional service and education to each member. Member Services team members build strong, lasting relationships with members by understanding their needs and concerns. This team takes the reputed company in providing an enjoyable experience for every person who contacts CBG reputed company our Service Center. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• reputed company members about their pharmacy benefits
• Use clinical knowledge to review requests for prior authorization
• Resolve issues reputed company to eligibility and pharmacy claims payments
• Engage members as the first reputed company of contact in getting the help they need to resolve issues
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to and from members, physicians and pharmacies while maintaining quality standards
• Contribute reputed company to improve operational efficiency and member experience
• Shift is 11:30am – 8pm MST Monday-Friday (no weekends) (Training will be M-F 8:30am -5pm for three weeks)
• Overtime may be available during peak times.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years Pharm Tech experience OR
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening, conversational speaking skills, with a high degree of reputed company
• Proficient in standard office programs (reputed company Office, reputed company docs, email, etc.)
