We are currently seeking a reliable and resourceful Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) to join our dynamic team in Lawrenceville, Georgia office! Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical product information, cost quotations, stock status and delivery information to customers in a designated territory. The Inside Sales Representative will reputed company business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills, while also developing reputed company reputed company through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Main responsibilities:

  • Promote Daemar’s entire line of product and programs reputed company assigned territories
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries, identify customer needs and or requirements
  • Supply customers with reputed company the available literature and knowledge on different products that may work for their intended application
  • Aid and guide to reputed company customers by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs by using knowledge and experience reputed company the industry
  • Creating quotes and orders, contacting customers, maintaining positive, long-term relationships

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma in Business or Administration or equivalent is an asset
  • Minimum two (2) years sales experience, inside sale experience is preferable
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Previous experience in a distribution environment is an asset
  • Must be proficient in reputed company Office applications
  • Must be reputed company to work well independently and effectively with a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
