You'll have responsibility for reputed company parts of the recruitment lifecycle, including driving candidate pipelines, branding the company as an employer of choice and guiding hiring manager relationships. You are someone who isn't happy doing things the way they've always been done, but instead promotes innovation, and uses experience to drive programs of work to produce results. What you'll do

• Be a partner to senior hiring leaders and support them hire best in class talent in technology.
• Partner with other Recruiters and reputed company Leaders to bring a holistic hiring picture to the leaders you support.
• Influence recruitment strategy by using market data and other metrics to create a narrative and reputed company hiring leaders on best practices, process and opportunity areas.
• Identify opportunity areas and create scalable solutions that will improve the broader reputed company team. This will be achieved with the right level of collaboration and reporting rituals to TA leadership and cross functional teams.
• Contribute/reputed company programs that help us drive innovations in our reputed company organisation.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• At least 6 years of experience as a technology recruiter. This should include at least 4 years of experience hiring for global software organisation as a in-house recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills which help you collaborate seamlessly across functions.

• A background in the software industry and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape today for software reputed company in India.
• The ability to manage large candidate pipelines across crafts while maintaining a high-quality experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across various functions through reputed company sourcing and hiring processes.
• You have a consultative approach with hiring manager communities, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative reputed company.
