Responsibilities

Job Summary: Under direct supervison, receptionist is responsible for performing a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and performs routine duties reputed company the clinic. Job Responsibilities:Â

• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collecting copays (TOS) and deductible amounts.
• Copy/reputed company patient access reputed company hardcopy materials (e.g. ID, referrals, insurance cards, etc.) into the correct location in the electronic medical record.
• Prepare charts for patient appointments making sure reputed company necessary information is complete.
• Conduct reputed company functions associated with patient reputed company-out including priceing services, collecting patient respondibility payments and scheduling follow-up appoinments.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of insurance authorization/billing requirements.Â

• Knowledge of clinic procedures and regulatory requirements. Â
