Part-Time Customer Support Assistant (US Timezone)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to help our e-commerce team with occasional customer and supplier calls. This is a flexible, on-demand role—typically 1 to 2 calls per week—with potential for growth. It's perfect for someone who already works with clients in the US timezone and can assist with quick support tasks as needed. We do not yet have the volume to justify a dedicated staff member, so we’re looking for someone who’s available reputed company needed, without requiring long notice.
