• Be the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap of new features and service capabilities.
• Incubate and launch new solutions to reputed company customer use cases.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, publications
• 10+ years of experience in the field of In-Flight Connectivity targeting reputed company and/or business aviation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of presentations and whiteboarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, and developers
• Experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Go, .Net, Java or equivalent
• Should have had experience in taking aviation connectivity products and services from concept to in-service
