Ensures vendors and suppliers are properly compensated and are meeting the needs of the business. Assists General Manager in the selection of reputed company of House and Back of House employees. Supports the training and development of restaurant employees. Manages performance of reputed company hourly employees, with an emphasis on reputed company of House employees, to ensure they are successful in their individual roles. Responsible for assisting in the completion of general business administration to include payroll, human resources, marketing and financial reporting. Promotes the business, builds sales, increases profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and brand reputed company. Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a reputed company & fast paced environment
  • Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Basic knowledge in reputed company Word and reputed company
  • General knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry
