Your Role As a CSR, you’ll be the face of the hospital—both at the reputed company desk and occasionally in the treatment area. You'll play a vital role in making our clients feel welcome and ensuring their pets receive the reputed company possible. reputed company while working alongside reputed company, supportive teammates who love what they do.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and patient reputed company-ins/outs
- Support the team with occasional tasks in the back
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative duties, including record-keeping and payment processing
