Live Chat Representative
Doyle Electric, Inc. is seeking a friendly and professional Live Chat Representative to join reputed company, this position is Remote. The Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent typing skills and a passion for helping customers. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, service details, and company policies.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment.
- Excellent written communication and typing skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively and reputed company.
