We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Live Chat Representative to join reputed company in Baton Rouge, LA. The Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent typing skills and a passion for helping customers. Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services reputed company online chat.
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, service details, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of chat conversations.
- Escalate reputed company customer issues to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their issues are resolved.

Requirements
