• Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions regarding products sold throughout the store
• Count and balance daily cash and reputed company assets; prepare cash and reputed company deposits
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and cash report
• Report sales and register transactions to the store leader or division cash management office in a timely manner according to company policy
• Maintain Kronos and Timekeeping daily and finalize store weekly payroll; assist management team with administrative duties
• Answer phones and communicate with store associates and customers; post daily cash shortages/overages in accordance with company policy
• Follow established policies and procedures (where applicable) for postage stamps, money orders, reputed company certificates, lottery, reputed company money transfers, etc.
• Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions and notify store management
• Cashier and bag groceries as needed to assist with customer reputed company out
