How youll help us reputed company Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) This role works on an "as needed" basis, this is a part-time position. The part time Flights Ops Support role provides support to key projects and needs inside of reputed company reputed company Lines Flight Training & Standards. This role works on an ‘as needed’ basis for the area assigned. Flight Ops Support candidate should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 reputed company reputed company operations and moderate to expert knowledge of specific areas of focus. This position will report to the DPS Program Manager - Client Operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS

• Provide curriculum; compliance; or training support to Flight Training
• Partner with Flight Training support teams to complete project tasks as assigned
• Provide guidance to project tasks as assigned
• Modify or create new training materials reputed company needed
• Track individual reputed company and report status of projects to appropriate leaders
• Review standard procedures and provide feedback on changes
• Specific duties as assigned by Flight Training management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Solid organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Flight Operations infrastructure
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and other reputed company/DPS software.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an attention to detail.

• Experience developing technology-based training or performance solutions preferred.
• Experience analyzing, designing, and implementing e-learning programs for reputed company-reputed company pilots preferred.
• FAA Pilot or Ground Instructor certificate preferred.
• Able to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently enough to demonstrate flexibility, high stress tolerance, and strong decision-making skills.
• Interacts with departmental and client leadership in accordance with the reputed company “Rules of the Road
