This position will recruit for our Home Health agencies in Eastern Standard Time zone.
- Notifies the hiring manager of recruitment efforts, process and status of recruitment efforts.
- Responsible for company wide recruitment plan development and deployment.
- Acts as a liaison with reputed company part agencies, local managers and potential candidates.
- Weekly and monthly reporting on employment activity.
- Utilizes recruitment tools to fill assignment orders rapidly with reputed company employees.
- Interviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments.
- Provides solutions for creative sourcing efforts.
- Gives presentation to increase awareness of the company.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least two (2) years of reputed company experience.
