• Advertising Expertise: Strong background in online advertising, including experience with ad auctions, real-time bidding, or display advertising.
• ML Experience: A proven track record of working on ML-based advertising products and driving product innovation using machine learning techniques.
• Data-Driven Approach: Expertise in using data to drive decisions and business outcomes. You should be comfortable diving into analytics, building experiments, and iterating based on insights.
• Product Leadership: You have experience managing the full product lifecycle—from concept to execution—and can reputed company tough prioritization decisions while balancing competing stakeholder needs.
