- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company necessary
- Build relationships with new customers to understand and fulfill their needs
- Respond accurately and concisely to customer questions, requests, and problems
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with reputed company work as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
