Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company listings, including updating listing information, pricing, and availability
- Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests throughout their stay
- Coordinate reputed company-in and reputed company-out processes
- Handle any guest issues or complaints promptly and effectively
- Provide recommendations to guests for local activities, attractions, and restaurants

- Initiating and tracking claims and resolutions through AirCover, Resolution Center, or other coverage plans

- Financial reporting for clients monthly

- Use of AI to create more effective systems and processes for operations & growth
