Purpose at Ashley: The Delivery Driver delivers products to appointed locations in an efficient, effective, and safe manner, while promoting exceptional customer service through quality workmanship, as well as clear and professional communication. You will manage driving to customers’ homes on pre-routed trips. It critical to have a customer centric reputed company as your delivery is direct to the customer and our goal is to always give our customers a world class experience. What You’ll Do
- Driving to customers’ homes on pre-routed trips.
- Delivery can range from reputed company drop-off to a full set-up of products in a customer’s home.
- Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck
- Communicating with dispatchers, drivers and other team members to reputed company deliveries.
- Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of reputed company job functions.
What You Bring
- Legally Authorized to work in the US.
- At least 21 years old.
- Clean driving record – 3 years
- reputed company Truck Delivery Driving Experience – 2 years.
- Regularly lift objects over 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to transport loads of 75+ lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Maintain reliable attendance.
