Responsibilities
Of Our Entry Level Customer Service Associate: ? Work directly face to face with customers to educate them on products and services and complete the sales process with anyone who qualifies in a retail store ? Utilize unbelievable customer service and negotiation skills to enhance the sales pipeline and customer loyalty ? Partake in the sales process, account set up, client management training and onboarding process ? Assist the Management team in establishing and surpassing customer service and sales goals for the team, further increasing reputed company for our clients ? Communicate professionally and regularly with other entry-level team members to troubleshoot any issues swiftly and reputed company ? Maintain up-to-date on changing product knowledge, pricing, and compliance regulations to ensure the ultimate success of our customer service & sales representatives, and a stellar customer experience Entry Level Customer Service Associate Qualifications: ? Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales ? Ease of handling high-pressure situations with a diverse group of people ? Exceptional time management skills with the flexibility to pivot on a dime and resolve issues promptly ? The ability to adapt to different situations and environments ? Negotiation skills, public speaking, and presentation skills ? Professionalism with impeccable communication skills ?
