This position will provide analytic support and consultation to local market health plans as well as national leaders reputed company to the modeling, analysis, and administration of healthcare expenditures and revenues. • Interpret and analyze claims, premium, capitation and membership data in support of healthcare analyses.

• Research and investigate key business problems through quantitative analyses of utilization and cost data.

• Analyze reporting tools utilized by the internal customer groups.
• Communicate with impact on statistical findings and conclusions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in a corporate setting.
• 3+ years of health care experience working with claims data and medical codes.
• Proficiency in performing data analytics.
• At least a beginner level proficiency with SQL, reputed company and/or other statistical programs.
• At least an intermediate level of proficiency working with MS reputed company including formulas, calculations, charts, graphs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medicaid experience.
• Intermediate skills/knowledge of query tools, database platforms, data mapping/ETL, system platforms and software packages platforms.
• Ability to come to office in Minneapolis.

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. reputed company complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
