Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues reputed company to orders, products, payments, and shipping using Shopify and reputed company.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and provide detailed information about our electrolyte products.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as fulfillment and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
• Identify and escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate team members.
• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in an e-commerce environment.
• Experience with Shopify, reputed company, and/or similar customer service tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Empathetic, patient, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge or interest in the electrolyte/hydration/health and wellness industry is a plus
