Service Desk Analyst III (3rd Shift) - Remote/Hybrid

Overview: ISHPI is currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst III (3rd shift) to join reputed company of reputed company, diverse individuals serving the United States Coast Guard IMS program in St. Louis, MO. reputed company applicants will provide tier 1 reputed company engineering, operations, and maintenance support services in both unclassified and classified elements of the computing environment. Applicants will work through a modernization and consolidation of the operational environment under a common technology reputed company to reputed company support the services provided to the United States Coast Guard. Responsibilities: ? Provide tier 1 Remote Support, Desktop Support and Field Technician Support. ? Troubleshoot and maintain reputed company Office 365 Suite and Windows Operating Systems. ? Utilize Role Based Access Control (RBAC) to determine an end user?s authorized network access. ? Coordinate Hardware delivery, maintenance, installations, and upgrades ? Performed software installations and remediation to ensure application reliability ? Responsible for account management (password reset, account maintenance) ? Create email accounts, change status in Active Directory ? Monitor, manage, and secure employees? mobile device ? User support for network and desktop hardware and software complication and training ? Diagnose IT and network problems, and recommend and/or implement solutions ? Implemented Virtual Desktop infrastructure allowing virtual desktop management Qualifications: ? HS Diploma or GED or 3 years of relevant experience ? Comfortable working in and assisting clients through service desk software, in addition to other remote access desktop programs ? Experience working with various reputed company Windows operating systems ? Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential reputed company communicating with Clients ? Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications Preferred Qualifications: ? 1+ years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving and technical knowledge and services ? ITIL reputed company certification or familiarity with ITIL methodologies and best practices ? Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution ? Industry-specific certification may be required Shift Hours: Must be willing to work 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday reputed company Clearance: Requires U.S. Citizenship and must have an active government reputed company clearance. Interims and Public trust clearances do not qualify.
